I do not make false promises to my clients, such as, if you train with me you will lose weight no matter what you eat or how much you exercise. If a personal trainer tells you they can help you lose weight and become more healthy without holding you accountable for your Diet, Cardiovascular Session as well as Training Session they are not being honest with you.

What my program contains is an intense, twelve-week cardio and weight training program sure to produce results. I will personally help you implement a comprehensive, personalized nutrition, weight training, and aerobic conditioning program that will stimulate your metabolism, burn fat, increase lean muscle and help you firm and tone your body.

If you are ready to transform your body, commit to 36 personal training sessions (12 weeks) with me, and in three months, you can improve the way you look and more importantly-the way you feel.

30 or 60 minute Personal Training Sessions are designed to be safe, progressive and challenging. I do not train using "cookie cutter" (pre-made) workouts. Each client receives well designed, personalized training so no two programs are exactly alike.

For a very small cost for the results you can achieve on the program. The full 12 week program does NOT need to be paid in advance, in fact I prefer it is paid per week. At the end of the 12 weeks you have the option to continue training at this current rate, even if my normal hourly session rate is higher or increases.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Scheduled personal training session reserves that time slot with me as your trainer. You are responsible for training fees for each and every reserved session. Missed sessions, other than for extreme emergencies, will still be charged in full. This policy’s objective is to create a reliable scheduling routine for me and create consistency in your fitness program. Please enjoy your training and be consistent in keeping your appointments.

  • Re-scheduling Procedure

    If you need to re-schedule an appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled training session or you will be charged for that session. Rescheduled sessions will be scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • Refund Policy

    There is a no refund policy on sessions purchased. Sessions must be used within the time specified.

  • Privacy Policy

    I am committed to protecting your privacy. I use the information you provide to serve you better. I do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
