My name is Tami Brody, I am a personal trainer that offers personal training here in the Oklahoma City area. I have been helping people just like you get stronger, lose body fat and become more healthy for over 16 years. I don't use tricks, quick fixes or gimmicks or promise you a beach body in 30 days. What I can do for you is train you to get the results you are wanting in the quickest possible time and teach you how to keep it for life. It takes time, dedication and hard work to lose that stubborn body fat and build muscle but if you don't get started it will never go away on its own.

What I Offer
I offer one-on-one personal training services here in the Oklahoma City metro.
Personal training sessions are a Full Half Hour long. I do not short change your sessions so be prepared to exercise when your session starts and work all the way through the session time.
I will hold you very accountable for your diet by requiring a weekly food journal. Your time is your own to watch TV, hang out with friends or play with your kids but I do expect you to keep a daily cardio log to make sure you are keeping up with your required cardiovascular training as well as your personal training sessions with me.

I do not make false promises to my clients, such as, if you train with me you will lose weight no matter what you eat or how much you exercise. If a personal trainer tells you they can help you lose weight and become more healthy without holding you accountable for your Diet, Cardiovascular Session as well as Training Session they are not being honest with you.

What my program contains is an intense, twelve-week cardio and weight training program sure to produce results. I will personally help you implement a comprehensive, personalized nutrition, weight training, and aerobic conditioning program that will stimulate your metabolism, burn fat, increase lean muscle and help you firm and tone your body.
Personal Training Sessions are designed to be safe, progressive and challenging. I do not train using "cookie cutter" (pre-made) workouts. Each client receives well designed, personalized training so no two programs are exactly alike.
